Job summary

American Family Insurance seeks motivated leaders to become Agency Owners in Illinois. You will build and manage your own agency, driving sales, customer service, and growth while complying with licensing and regulatory requirements.

Independent contractor model with training and support from a local team; potential for significant income streams based on performance and market opportunity in Joliet and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Must be a capable leader with strong relationship-building and community presence.
• No prior insurance experience required; however, possessing relevant licenses greatly strengthens candidacy.
• Must pass motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background checks.

As an agency owner, you'll be responsible for your agency's overall management, sales, and growth. You'll also hire your team and work with them to meet the strategic business goals you set.
