As an Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member, you will gain exposure to customer service, insurance options education, and collaborative teamwork in a fast-paced environment with compensation of $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be a full-time student enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program for the duration of the internship.
• Interest in Sales, Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Business Administration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
