Job summary

PURE Insurance, Scottsdale-based, seeks Advisors to prequalify leads, educate members on value, and advance prospects through quoting. You’ll review exposures, prepare tailored proposals, and explain state-specific coverage differences, while maintaining organized electronic files.

A license in P&C is required, with CIC preferred, and 2–3 years in sales/customer service in the P&C space. Join a member-owned insurer focused on exceptional service and credible growth.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years sales and customer service in P&C insurance preferred.
• Active P&C license required; CIC preferred.
• Familiarity with agency management systems and MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prequalify leads from corporate marketing and referrals.
• Generate referral sources from members and centers of influence.
• Educate prospects about PURE’s value proposition.
• Review prospective members’ exposures to identify needs.
• Prepare and present customized insurance proposals.
• Explain PURE’s coverage and underwriting differences by state.
• Maintain and document customer electronic files.
