Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries and assist clients with policy questions.
• Provide information and verify non-technical inquiries.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Reach out to clients for protection reviews and inquiries.
• Support policyholders with service needs and problem-solving.
• Draft letters and reports as directed by the agency owner.
