As a team member, you will grow with the agency while delivering exceptional service, handling policy changes, claims processing, and proactive outreach to customers for solutions.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
