James Daigle Ins Agency, a State Farm independent contractor, is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customer success. You help grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services, requiring strong communication and a customer-first mindset. Located in Mobile, Alabama.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Able to anticipate customer needs.
• Able to effectively relate to customers.
• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
