Qualifications

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Must possess or obtain Property and Casualty license.
• Must possess or obtain Life and Health license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads and market appropriate products.
• Work with the agent to establish marketing goals.
