Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proven track record of meeting goals/sales targets or drive to achieve them
• Ability to engage in sales conversations and help clients choose coverage

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships that drive retention, loyalty, and growth
• Review policies and have conversations with clients about what's working and what could be better
• Help resolve more complex customer issues, guiding them to solutions with care and efficiency
• Recommend, explain, and sell insurance products using a consultative approach
• Supporting both warm leads and cold leads to grow the agency
