Job summary

RWS Insulation Services is seeking an Insulation Technician to join our Evansville, IN team. You will install insulation in residential and commercial spaces, operate blowing equipment and tools, and collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure proper installation and compliance with specs.

Qualified applicants have hands-on construction or insulation installation experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or insulation installation.
• Ability to work in varied physical conditions, including heights and confined spaces.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in residential and commercial buildings, including attics, walls, basements, and ceilings.
• Operate insulation blowing equipment, hand tools, and other installation machinery safely and efficiently.
• Work with project managers, contractors, and construction teams... ensure proper insulation placement and compliance with specifications.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and adherence to building codes and project standards.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites and follow all safety protocols.
