USA Insulation is seeking skilled Insulation Installers for full‑time work in a Fairfax County, VA area. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($21.50–$23.50) with year‑round stability and a strong benefits package.

You will extract and install various insulation types, maintain high workmanship and safety standards, and provide excellent customer service on every site. Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, reliable work ethic, and a valid driver’s license.

• Extract and install insulation: cellulose, blown fiberglass, batt insulation; apply premium foam, blown-in, batt insulation.
• Maintain standards: deliver flawless workmanship on residential and commercial properties.
• Prep and clean: prepare job sites and leave them cleaner than found.
• Customer service: represent the brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Safety compliance: follow OSHA and company safety protocols.
