Any Hour Group is seeking a full-time Insulation Sales Specialist in Orem, UT, to help homeowners understand wall, attic, or crawlspace insulation needs and recommend the right solution. You will drive sales through consultations, product recommendations, and building long-term customer relationships.

The role offers substantial commission potential, paid training, and comprehensive benefits including health, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Prior CRM and MS Office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of proven success in B2C or B2B sales, ideally within construction, home improvement, HVAC, or insulation.
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen required.
