Job summary

Threshold Brands, LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Insulation Installer/Technician for our USA Enterprise Brand. You will install insulation in residential and commercial buildings and help homeowners and businesses save energy and stay comfortable.

No insulation experience is required—we provide paid, hands-on training. If you are reliable, good with your hands, and eager to learn a trade, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with clean record.
Able to use basic hand and power tools.
Willing to learn and train in insulation installation.
Comfortable working in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

Install fiberglass, foam, and other insulation materials in homes and commercial buildings.
Measure and cut materials to fit each space.
Seal gaps and joints for maximum energy efficiency.
Operate blowers and sprayers to apply insulation.
Keep job sites clean and safely dispose of waste materials.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
Work as part of a team to hit project deadlines.

Job Summary

We're looking for a motivated Insulation Installer/Technician to join our USA Enterprise Brand in the Cleveland-area. You'll install insulation in residential and commercial buildings, helping homeowners and businesses save energy and stay comfortable. No insulation experience required — we provide paid, hands-on training. If you're reliable, good with your hands, and want to learn a trade, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

Install fiberglass, foam, and other insulation materials in homes and commercial buildings
Measure and cut materials to fit each space
Seal gaps and joints for maximum energy efficiency
Operate blowers and sprayers to apply insulation
Keep job sites clean and safely dispose of waste materials
Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools (drills, etc.)
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Good communication skills — you'll sometimes interact with customers on-site
Insulation experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you

What to Expect Physically

This is hands-on, physical work — and most people find it rewarding once they get into the rhythm of it.

Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently
Working on ladders up to 28 ft.
Standing, kneeling, bending, crawling, and working in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces)
Working in hot, cold, or humid conditions, and around dust and insulation materials
Wearing PPE (respirator, gloves, goggles, protective clothing) as needed
