ETS Staffing is seeking an Insulation Installer to join a team delivering high-quality insulation installations for residential and commercial projects in Williston, VT. This on-site role requires handling fiberglass materials safely, measuring and fitting to space, and collaborating with crew to maintain schedules.

The position offers a 1st shift, $23 per hour, with benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $2. Weekly pay and on-demand earnings are included as part of ETS Staffing’s benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with insulation installation or related construction trades preferred.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in confined spaces.
• Strong physical fitness and manual dexterity for handling materials and tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
