Job summary

Attic Queen LLC is seeking a skilled Insulation Installer to join our hands-on team in Oldsmar, FL. You will install blown-in, batt, and spray foam insulation in attics, walls, and crawl spaces to improve energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, inspecting existing insulation, operating blowing machines safely, and applying air sealing and weatherization techniques while maintaining a clean, safe job site and professional communication with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in insulation installation or related trade preferred.
• Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and perform labor-intensive tasks.

• Reliable transportation and ability to report to job sites in the Oldsmar, FL area
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Valid driver's license preferred
