Job summary
Attic Projects is hiring an Attic and Crawl Space Technician to install insulation, conduct rodent proofing and sanitation, perform mold remediation, and assist with sheetrock/drywall work. You will take responsibility for completing projects accurately and safely, with cross-functional support as needed.
The role emphasizes teamwork, hands-on training, and career growth within a family-like company culture.
Qualifications
- 21 years or older
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Able to lift heavy objects (over 75 lbs) and crawl in tight spaces
- Able to access through a 22"x30" opening
- Able to safely climb ladders or attic stairs
- Proficient with staple guns, hammers, utility knives; comfortable on scaffolding or ladders
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record (7 years)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Leadership experience supervising 2–3 crew members
- Prior insulation/rodent control experience (strong plus)
Responsibilities
- Start the day at 6am (6:45am in Oct–May) and prepare materials
- Load trucks and review daily instructions with operation manager
- Review jobs for the day with crew leads
- Perform the assigned job at the work site (1 site per day, 7–10 hours)
- Return to the office, unload and clean up trucks
