Prospective Energy Solutions is seeking an Insulation & Weatherization Installer to join our Western Massachusetts team. You’ll work with an experienced crew, installing insulation and completing energy-efficiency improvements in residential homes.

Learn the trade hands-on with on‑the‑job training and opportunities to advance to Lead Installer and Crew Chief roles. Experience is not required; we value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation and weatherization materials in residential homes.
• Assist with air sealing and other energy-efficiency improvements.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
• Work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other residential spaces.
• Prepare and protect customer homes before work begins and clean work areas upon completion.
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
• Follow job specifications, safety procedures, and company quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with crew members and Crew Chiefs to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Participate in ongoing training and develop the skills needed to take on greater responsibility.

As an Insulation & Weatherization Installer, you’ll work alongside an experienced crew installing insulation and completing residential energy-efficiency improvements. • Reliable transportation preferred
