Job summary

Prospective Energy Solutions is seeking an Insulation & Weatherization Installer for residential projects in Western Massachusetts. You will work with an experienced crew, install insulation, and contribute to energy-efficiency improvements.

Training is provided, with opportunities to grow into lead roles. You’ll learn hands-on in a team environment, handle tools and equipment safely, and participate in ongoing training to expand your responsibilities and skills within the energy-efficiency

Qualifications

• Experience is not required, but a strong work ethic helps you grow in the role.
• Willingness to learn and take direction is essential.
• Works well as part of a team and maintains safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation and weatherization materials in residential homes
• Assist with air sealing and other energy-efficiency improvements
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
• Work in attics, basements, crawlspaces, and other residential spaces
• Prepare and protect customer homes before work begins and clean work areas on completion
• Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Follow job specifications, safety procedures, and company quality standards
• Collaborate with crew members and Crew Chiefs to complete projects efficiently
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Participate in ongoing training to take on greater responsibility

As an Insulation & Weatherization Installer, you’ll work alongside an experienced crew installing insulation and completing residential energy-efficiency improvements. You’ll learn the trade hands‑on, receive training from experienced industry professionals, and have opportunities to take on more responsibility as you develop your skills.
