Location/Division Specific Information

The UV-Vis Sales Specialist role will cover a New England Territory. Candidates can be based anywhere in MA within our dynamic Sales division. No relocation assistance provided. This position offers the chance to work with a world-class team dedicated to driving scientific innovation.

A Day in the Life:
  • Independently make decisions and utilize available resources to meet customer needs, collaborating effectively with internal teams.
  • Perform sales calls with customers in the assigned territory.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to compete effectively in the market.
  • Analyze channel and account needs, develop tailored actions, and revise plans as necessary.
  • Research competitor and industry activity, stay informed of new products/services, and incorporate this data into the business plan; introduce new products and services.
  • Maintain accurate reports, records, and files vital for territory management.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in the sciences
Experience:
  • 3+ years of instrument sales experience in the scientific field.
  • Demonstrated success in a driven sales environment.
  • Experience with UV-Vis spectroscopy products and channels is a plus.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive sales strategies.
