Job summary

This role involves overseeing instrument qualifications, leading a team of five, and ensuring comprehensive client interactions. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences and has over four years of relevant experience with analytical instrumentation. Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience in instrumentation.
• Experience with lab audits and in a GMP environment strongly preferred.
• Ability to train and lead other team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee instrument qualifications and document maintenance.
• Supervise a team, train staff, and manage onboarding.
• Coordinate maintenance with vendors and support audit preparation.

Skills

Knowledge of analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, KF, UV-Vis)
