Responsibilities

• Strengthen organizational health and operating effectiveness across processes, decisions, and culture.
• Lead Lean, structured problem-solving initiatives to improve flow, reduce delays, and increase value realization.
• Identify and prioritize OE initiatives based on strategic value and feasibility; scale successful practices globally.
• Develop dashboards and reviews for fact-based decisions with measurable outcomes.
• Coach leaders in Lean and change management to build internal capability and sustainable improvements.
