Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher in life sciences or engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 0–3 years of wet lab experience with molecular biology techniques.
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation (liquid handlers, CE, etc.).
- Ability to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience with digital tools and AI to improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform molecular biology or cell biology assays to ensure instrument quality and functionality.
- Collaborate with R&D, Instrumentation Manufacturing, Instrument Service, Software, QA, and other teams to support new product launches and improvements.
- Define, execute and analyze laboratory experiments to meet end-user needs and ensure product quality.
