Job summary

Mentor Technical Group is seeking a skilled Instrumentation professional to perform calibrations in pharmaceutical environments. The role requires experience with process tolerance evaluation and calibration across bioreactors, utilities, and aseptic areas.

Proficiency with Blue Mountain RAM, Calman, or Procal software is highly preferred. Candidates should hold an associate degree in Instrumentation Technology or Electronics and be available for Tuesday to Saturday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Instrumentation Technology or Electronics is required.
• Shift availability: Tue–Sat, 9:00 PM–5:30 AM.
• Experience calibrating in pharmaceutical/biotech environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations in pharmaceutical/biotech environments.
• Evaluate calibration systems and process tolerances.
• Calibrate bioreactors, utilities, and formulation areas.
• Utilize Blue Mountain RAM, Calman or Procal software as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Experience performing calibrations in Pharmaceutical Industry Environment. Biotechnology preferred.
• Strong Knowledge in tolerance calculation
• Experience in Calibration system assessment
• Strong knowledge in process tolerance evaluation.
• ProcessInstrumentation/ Calibration to manage calibration program.
• Experience performing calibrations to Bioreactors, Utilities, Formulation, Aseptic Areas.
• Experience in Blue Mountain (RAM), Calman, or Procal Software is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment:

• He / she may frequently work inside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, exposed to wet and or humid conditions, and an odorous atmosphere, may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock, and occasionally work on ladders in high places, in small spaces, such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks and wet wells. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
