Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an Instrumentation Test Technician in San Diego, CA for a 12-month contract (W2) working 40 hours/week on 1st shift. The role requires a high school diploma and 5–7 years’ experience with laboratory or hospital equipment, ISO 9001/13485, and hands-on calibration, maintenance and repair.

The candidate will read technical manuals, document validations, operate SAP/CalMan/Microsoft Access, and demonstrate strong technical writing. U.S.

Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
(A.S., B.A., or CST Certification is desirable).
Minimum of 5 to 7 years of related work experience with laboratory or hospital equipment.
Experience with ISO 9001:2008, 10012, 17025 or 13485 is required.

Responsibilities

Routinely performing calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting and repair of laboratory equipment.
Routinely developing, executing, and documenting validations related activities in a timely manner.
Possessing a strong understanding of calibration terminology, calibration principles, including equipment, process & calibration specifications.
Ability to read, understand and work from technical manuals, SOP's & schematics.
Possessing exceptional technical writing skills and ability to develop, review & revise departmental procedures as required.
Ability to execute moderate to complex projects with limited supervision.
