Qualifications

• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical tools including torque drivers and gauges.
• Proficient at reading drawings and interpreting dimensions.
• Ability to manage multiple production orders within time standards.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform production assembly operations for instruments.
• Conduct complete system analysis, testing and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical or software issues on test equipment.
• Escalate issues related to instrument testing when needed.
• Maintain GMP and safety/quality standards in daily work.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning and Purchasing as required.
• Provide training to associates as needed.
