Niels Bohr Institute in Denmark seeks instructors for B.Sc. and M.Sc. courses in Physics and Nanoscience for Feb 1–June 30, 2027. Employment starts 1 February 2027. Applicants should be enrolled in higher education and willing to teach, with Danish language proficiency preferred for Danish-language courses.
The roles cover blocks 3–5 with varying hours; compensation follows the collective agreement for student instructors, and applications may be considered for multiple course preferences.

The Niels Bohr Institute is looking for Instructors for courses offered in the B.Sc. and M.Sc. educations on Physics and Nanoscience in the period February 1st to June 30th, 2027.
We are looking for students who are eager to teach and interested in developing both academically and as educators.
We expect to hire TAs for the following courses. Since we may receive multiple applications for the same positions, we encourage you to indicate several course preferences in your application.

The tasks of the TAs may vary from course to course, but usually include:
The positions may be filled by students from Physics and Nanoscience who have passed 2 years of one of these bachelor educations. Other students may be hired if they are assessed to be qualified for the positions. In these cases, please enclose documentation of other relevant qualifications such as mentor work or other teaching, high school grades or recommendations.
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in a higher education. In addition, proficiency in teaching in Danish is required for those wishing to teach the Danish-language courses.
We expect that you, as far as possible, have participated in the Instructor Workshop at the Department of Science Education (IND), if you have not participated previously. In the education you will learn didactic tools that you can use in your role as an instructor. Please attach the diploma from the workshop if you have previously participated.

The employment will terminate without further notice when your enrolment as a student ends. Your hours will be individually arranged for each block/semester. You are not guaranteed hours in every block. Salary is 259,38 kr. / hour (August 2026 level).

Please note that some courses are filled earlier than others. As a result, the time from when the first instructor receives an offer to when all offers have been distributed may take a while.
NB: The majority of candidates will receive emails with information during December 2026. As recruitment is an ongoing process, there will be some positions for block 3 that will be filled in January 2027 and likewise some positions for block 4 that will be filled in March 2027.
