Job summary

Kinderdance Brooklyn is seeking enthusiastic instructors to bring a dynamic, movement-based program for children ages 2-12. Training is provided, and a background in kinesiology or early childhood education is helpful but not required.

Instructors will deliver structured Kinderdance curricula, help grow registrations, and support the program director with admin duties. A positive, professional demeanor and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of teaching experience with kids aged 2-12 and large groups.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Current physical (form will be provided).
• 3 professional reference letters from previous employers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Kinderdance programs to children ages 2-12 based on provided training and curriculum.
• Increase program registrants and manage relationships with partners and staff members.
• Enhance our reputation of excellence with partners.
• Support the program director with communicative and administrative responsibilities.
• Demonstrate consistency in eagerness, accountability, organization, and professionalism.
