The Division of Translational Medicine and Human Genetics in the Department of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for Instructor positions in Academic Support Staff. Qualifications

• Expertise in human genetics, developmental genetics, epigenetics, functional genomics, or computational genomics.
• Ph.D. and/or M.D. degree required.
• Academic appointment as Instructor with initial one-year term and renewal based on performance and funding (up to three years).

Responsibilities

• Design and carry out genetic experiments.
• Prepare manuscripts and supervise students.
• Mentorship in grant writing and grant proposals.
