Job summary

JETSET Pilates is hiring instructors to guide 50-minute classes, ensure client safety, and offer form modifications for all levels in a welcoming studio environment.

Instructors embody the JetSET brand, foster community, and may take on additional duties while working early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

• Previous fitness instructor experience.
• Builds relationships inside/outside the JetSet Pilates community.

• Capable of leading high-energy classes with music.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute Pilates classes with clear instruction and modifications.
• Guide clients safely and correct form as needed.
• Provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels.
• Uphold JetSET brand culture and foster a welcoming community.
• May take on additional duties and shifts as assigned.
• Work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Job description

JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50-minutes, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors are expected to be able to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
