Job summary

JETSET Pilates® is seeking passionate Pilates Instructors in Missouri City, Texas, who can motivate clients during 50‑minute choreographed classes. Instructors will guide clients safely through Pilates workouts, ensuring modifications and form corrections are made as necessary.

The ideal candidates embody a friendly and outgoing personality, build community within the studio, and are committed to making every class a high-energy experience. Early morning, evening, and weekend shifts are required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as a fitness instructor is required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory.
• Must embody a friendly, outgoing, and passionate personality.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients safely through modern Pilates workouts.

JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50‑minute, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors are expected to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
