The University of Pennsylvania is seeking candidates for Instructor positions in Cardiovascular Medicine within the Perelman School of Medicine. Candidates must hold an M.D. degree and be board certified or eligible in cardiovascular medicine. Responsibilities include conducting mentored research, participating in both inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care, and the opportunity to develop a research program under senior faculty mentorship. This appointment starts with one year, with possible renewal based on performance and funding availability.

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Instructor positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). Expertise is required in the specific area of cardiovascular medicine and research. Applicants must have an M.D. degree. Applicants should be board certified or board eligible in cardiovascular medicine.

Responsibilities may include conducting mentored research and participating in inpatient and/or outpatient cardiovascular care.

The successful applicant will have an opportunity to develop a basic, translational or health services research program under the mentorship of senior faculty in the cardiovascular division and to participate in one of our many outstanding clinical programs.
