Summary
All Native Group is seeking an Instructor/Operator (I/O) – EMT to provide medically credentialed instruction and operational support in a Medical Simulation Training Center (MSTC) environment. This role is responsible for delivering standardized, high‑fidelity medical training, operating simulation systems, maintaining certifications, and supporting training execution in accordance with contractual performance standards. This position requires maintaining current medical certifications, operating Training Aids, Devices, Simulators, and Simulations (TADSS), and delivering high‑fidelity, scenario‑based medical training in both classroom and field environments and is located in Scofield Barracks, Hawaii.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is full‑time position. Monday through Friday, 0800-1700 local time. Overtime, weekend, and extended hours may be required during surge operations per Government direction.
Location. Scofield Barracks, Hawaii. We also operate in 22+ MSTC sites across CONUS and OCONUS (Germany, Korea). Specific site assignment determined at hire.
Travel
Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected. Occasional travel may be required for cross‑site support, surge operations, training conferences, or the MSTC Exchange Program. OCONUS positions require SOFA documentation.
ExperienceCandidate must demonstrate a qualifying military medical or licensed clinical background, current required medical certifications, and experience delivering emergency medical, tactical trauma, or combat casualty care training. Prior experience in MSTC operations, high‑fidelity medical simulation, TC3 instruction, 68W sustainment training, moulage, equipment maintenance, and training documentation is strongly preferred. Candidate should be capable of instructing mixed‑experience military populations in classroom, laboratory, and field environments while maintaining compliance with medical proponent standards, contract requirements, and certification obligations.
