The Department of Neurosurgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Instructor position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years).

Expertise is required in the specific area of neuroendovascular and cerebrovascular surgery. Applicants must have an M.D.

Qualificações

• MD or MD/PhD or equivalent degree required.
• Fellowships in endovascular neurosurgery and cerebrovascular microsurgery completed.

Responsabilidades

• Educate medical students, residents, and fellows in neuroendovascular topics.
• Treat cerebrovascular disorders including aneurysms and strokes at Penn Medicine and affiliated sites.
• Collaborate on clinical research in cerebrovascular and neurovascular technology.
• Grow a clinical practice and referral network.
