SalaryThe starting hourly wage for all part‑time faculty is $40 per course hour of teaching. Part‑time faculty are also compensated for an additional 45 minutes of time for each hour of instruction to cover office hours and prep time which is equivalent to $70 per hour. This starting hourly wage of $40 per hour is non‑negotiable unless market conditions dictate otherwise.
