JETSET Pilates® in Montclair, New Jersey, is seeking passionate Pilates Instructors to motivate clients during dynamic 50-minute classes. Instructors are responsible for guiding clients through a modern Pilates routine, ensuring safety and effectiveness while providing modifications and form corrections as necessary.

Ideal candidates will have prior fitness instructor experience and embody a friendly, outgoing personality, helping to create an engaging community atmosphere. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends is required.

JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50‑minute, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors are expected to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
