Job summary

Acclaim Technical Services seeks experienced instructors in Pensacola, FL to teach multiple classes (NETA / NETC / RPTG) with current TS/SCI with polygraph. You will deliver engaging, mission-aligned training for analysts operating in critical environments, translating complex concepts into accessible instruction to enhance operational effectiveness.

The role requires extensive instruction experience, deep analytical tradecraft knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Proven experience instructing or training professionals in mission-driven environments.
Deep understanding of analytical tradecraft and intelligence or operations workflows.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Minimum of 36 months relevant experience in the technical skill/area for which training is provided.

Responsibilities

Deliver interactive training sessions aligned with evolving mission requirements.
Facilitate learning that helps analysts reach new levels of insight and performance.
Adapt instructional methods to suit diverse learner needs and skill levels.
Provide hands-on tutoring to analysts, including one-to-one sessions and seminars.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to refine course content and training as needed.
Maintain up-to-date understanding of mission areas and evolving analyst skill sets.
