The Little Gym of Scottsdale is seeking bubbly, high-energy instructors to lead classes for children aged 4 months to 12 years using our proven curriculum. You’ll create a fun, safe environment that helps kids build confidence and skills, while delivering exceptional experiences for families.

This in-person role offers full-time or part-time hours, flexible scheduling, and ongoing training to grow with the team.

What You'll Do

• Teach engaging classes for children ages 4 months to 12 years using The Little Gym's proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you!)
• Create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence and skills
• Deliver an outstanding experience for children and parents - we treat our members like family
• Lead classes, birthday parties, and other gym activities with energy, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Help children learn through movement, play, and purposeful instruction

What We're Looking For

• A genuine love of working with children – this is non-negotiable
• A bubbly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills with both kids and adults
• High energy, hustle, and the ability to lead a room
• A positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Experience with children is a big plus (teaching, coaching, camps, daycare, nannying, child development, OT, etc.)
• Gymnastics, dance, cheer, fitness, athletics, martial arts, or related experience is helpful, but not required
• Availability for a consistent weekly schedule
• Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

We are hiring for full-time and part-time roles. Our schedule typically includes:

• Morning shifts: 8:30 AM-12:30 PM
• Evening shifts: 4:00 PM-7:00 PM
• Weekend classes and birthday parties as needed
