Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking energetic instructors to lead 50-minute classes, guide clients safely, and provide form corrections. You will support a welcoming community and embody the JETSET brand while maintaining a positive, energetic studio atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have prior fitness instruction experience and a passion for health and the JETSET Pilates workout. You will work early mornings, evenings, and weekends to accommodate client schedules.

Qualifications

• Current CPR/AED certification required.
• Previous fitness instructor experience expected.
• Love for health, fitness and the JETSET Pilates workout.
• Comfortable leading a fast-paced class with music and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Lead 50-minute Pilates classes and motivate clients.
• Provide safe guidance, modifications, and form corrections.
• Engage with clients of varying skill levels and foster community.
• Occasionally assist with other duties and work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts.

Job description

JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50-minutes, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout and showing them modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors are expected to be able to provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels. They embody the culture and brand to support a welcoming and engaging community. JETSET Pilates instructors are dedicated individuals who are invested in their team and the workout; they occasionally assume other duties as assigned and are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.
