Job summary

JETSET Pilates® is seeking enthusiastic Pilates Instructors in Austin, Texas to motivate clients through dynamic 50-minute classes. Instructors will guide clients safely through workouts, provide motivation, and contribute to a vibrant community atmosphere.

The ideal candidates should have a friendly demeanor and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Current CPR/AED certification is required, and prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Job description

JETSET Pilates Instructors motivate clients through 50‑minute, choreographed classes. They are responsible for guiding clients safely and effectively through our modern Pilates workout, showing modifications and form corrections as needed. Instructors provide support and encouragement to clients of varying skill levels, embody the culture and brand, and contribute to a welcoming and engaging community. They are dedicated, invest in their team and workout, and may be called on for additional duties. Instructors are expected to work early morning, evening, and weekend shifts as necessary.

• Current CPR/AED certification required

• Ability to teach across Austin locations, South and Downtown
