Lead and Instruct STEAM Classes: Auroura STEAM Lab instructors lead and teach STEAM classes to students of diverse ages and skill levels. They cover topics related to science, technology, engineering, Art, and mathematics.
Create a Positive Learning Environment: Instructors strive to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement. They foster curiosity and enthusiasm for STEAM subjects.
Guide Student Learning Objectives: Auroura STEAM Lab instructors guide and support students in achieving their learning objectives. They provide personalized attention and help students grasp complex concepts.
Assess Student Progress: Regularly assessing student progress is crucial. Instructors provide constructive feedback to help students improve their understanding and skills.
Maintain Classroom Safety and Organization: Instructors ensure a safe and organized classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
