Job summary

Mathnasium in Champlin Park, MN is seeking a motivated Instructor to help K-12 students understand and excel in math. You will create a positive, engaging learning environment and tailor lessons to each student’s needs using our math-focused curriculum.

The role offers flexible hours, typically 1–5 days per week with instructional periods 3–8pm Mon–Thu and 9am–1pm Saturdays, plus opportunities for training, advancement, and contribution to a supportive community of educators.

Qualifications

• Strong aptitude for math and a passion for STEM.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with students of all ages and skill levels.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Instructor to join our team at Mathnasium in Champlin Park, MN. As an Instructor, you will work with K-12 students to help them understand and excel in math. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires a passion for STEM. Our work environment provides ultimate flexibility for high school students, community college students, undergraduate students, and career professionals with experience learning, teaching, or working in STEM-based environments.

• Our instructional periods are from 3-8pm Mon-Thurs and 9am-1pm on Saturday mornings
