Nebo School District is seeking an Overload Technician to support 4th grade classrooms. The position pays $17.35 per hour for 4 hours daily, five days a week, across 177 school days per year, with no benefits. Must be at least 18.

The role focuses on assisting teachers with instructional tasks and student support. Placement on the salary schedule is subject to supervisor review. Prior Nebo employees may see lane adjustments when applying for a new position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree, 48 hours of post high school instruction, or pass District proficiency test is required.
• Criminal Justice Fingerprint/Background Clearance may be required by Nebo School District

Responsabilités

• Adapts classroom materials under the direction of the teacher for remediation of objectives.
• Administers tests for progress evaluation.
• Confers with teachers/parents for progress evaluation.
• Implements instructional programs and lesson plans.
• Provides direct instructional services to students under supervision.
• Responds to emergency situations and inquiries.
• Performs other related duties to ensure efficient operations
