Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in education or related field required.
• Experience with data-driven instruction, assessment design, and progress monitoring systems.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into executable processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and build-out of instructional data systems and dashboards.
• Support School Leadership Teams with data-driven instructional routines.
• Translate priorities into workflows, templates, and expectations for school teams.
• Build reporting structures to identify trends, gaps, and root causes.
• Coach leaders to execute instructional systems across campuses.
