Summit Management Consulting is seeking an Instructional Support staff member to assist teachers by following lesson plans, supervising students, and providing tailored support to identified learners. You will prepare for substitutions, monitor behavior, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
The role is part-time (up to 29 hours/week) and requires collaboration with educators, ability to multi-task, and familiarity with PBIS procedures. Equal opportunity employer.
Instructional Support personnel function as a teacher’s aide, substitute teachers, and other educational and instructional support as needed to accomplish educational goals. This is a part‑time position with up to 29 hours of work each week.
There are no supervisory responsibilities with this position.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
