Friendship Public Charter School is seeking dedicated professionals for anticipated vacancies for the 2026–2027 school year in Washington, DC. The role focuses on instructional coaching, leadership development, and supporting teachers to raise student outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Elementary Education (Master's preferred) and at least three years of teaching experience, with strong communication and collaboration skills to lead school-wide improvements.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education is required; Master’s Degree preferred or currently enrolled.

  • Knowledge of effective practices for supporting students with disabilities and diverse learning needs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Goal and results orientation.
  • Superior problem-solving and critical-thinking skills; and
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities
  • Experience in an instructional coaching, instructional leadership, or similar role preferred;
