Job summary

Perkiomen Valley School District in Collegeville, PA, is seeking an Instructional Paraprofessional to support students in special education life skills and learning support at the High School. This full-time, 10-month position runs 7:40 a.m. to 3:10 p.m.

Job Description

The Perkiomen Valley School District is seeking an instructional paraprofessional to assist students inspecial education for life skills/learning support atthe High School.This is a full-time, 10-month position which includes paid time off (personal and sick days) and is eligible for full benefits (medical, prescription, dental, and vision). The hours for this position is7:40 a.m.-3:10 p.m. and isavailable immediately.

Teacher certification is not required, however it is preferred for this position.

Purpose of Position

This position also performs a variety of instructional and classroom management supports.

Terms of Employment

• Full-time (7.5 hours/day); 10 months

Compensation

The starting hourly rate for this position is in accordance with terms of the Perkiomen Valley Educational Support Personnel Association Collective Bargaining Agreement
