Job summary

Oneida Professional Services (OPS) is seeking a full-time Multimedia Specialist to support Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex in Montgomery, AL. You will design multimedia content, manage websites, produce videos, and assist with digital learning programs for CLDS.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s in a related field or an equivalent mix of education and experience, with strong emphasis on instructional design, content development, and accessibility standards. On-site position with DoD-related duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, IT or related field.
• Associate degree with four years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED with five years of relevant experience plus three years of instructional design and content development experience.
• Three years of professional multimedia production experience.
• Three years of website or application development experience.
• Experience applying Section 508 accessibility principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop multimedia content for classroom and online learning environments.
• Create graphics, marketing materials, videos, interactive learning products, and digital publications.
• Develop and maintain CLDS websites and digital platforms.
• Produce and edit video content including audio integration and post-production.
• Evaluate existing learning materials and recommend improvements.
• Ensure instructional products comply with accessibility requirements (Section 508).
• Support LMS and online learning technologies.
• Develop web and mobile-compatible multimedia products.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for faculty and staff.
• Collaborate with instructional personnel to align media products with course objectives.
