Qualifications

• Considerable knowledge of the concepts, principles, and methodologies of instruction.
• Considerable knowledge of best curriculum practices and the application of instructional technology in the K-12 environment.
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver instruction to students, teachers, administrators or other educational personnel.
• Considerable knowledge of PC hardware, software, web-based applications, and some knowledge of networking.
• Considerable knowledge and abilities in the G-Suite applications.
• Considerable knowledge of best practices in online instructional management to include learning management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead district-wide professional learning and use technology to enhance instructional practice.
• Support alignment of teachers’ practices to the SIIP goals.
• Collaborate with administrators to implement data-informed instructional decisions.
• Coordinate data management for school support services.
• Provide guidance and coaching to teachers through learning walks and modeling lessons.
• Collaborate with content specialists to address curricular gaps with tech-enabled solutions.
