About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Instructional Designer (ID) who is a specialist in learning experience design to join our team. The ideal candidate will review client materials and decide what to keep, modify, or chunk. This role requires suggesting interactivity such as quizzes, scenarios, click-reveals, etc. It also involves creating storyboards or Word document blueprints for each module.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of instructional design and will work closely with SMEs and the visual team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client-provided content (PPTs, scripts, PDFs) to structure effective learning modules
• Create storyboards with clear flow, learner objectives, and screen-level content
• Recommend relevant interactivities (quizzes, click-and-reveal, scenarios, assessments)
• Collaborate with visual designers and multimedia developers to bring storyboards to life
• Align learning design with client brand, compliance, and tone
• Review and iterate based on feedback from SMEs and client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom’s)
• Ability to visualize content for interactivity and engagement
• Hands-on experience in writing scripts/storyboards for tools like Articulate or Captivate
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with tight deadlines and feedback cycles
• Own a good quality laptop (i5 or above) and have uninterrupted high-speed (broadband) internet
