Job summary

Stellantis Financial Services invites an experienced Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training materials aligning with corporate objectives. You will work independently with limited supervision to create engaging eLearning and instructor-led solutions.

Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will manage design projects, ensure on-time delivery, and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
• Proficiency in designing and developing a variety of learning materials, including eLearning courses, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
• Practical knowledge of project management techniques to oversee instructional design projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS); Basic graphic design skills or proficiency in using graphic design software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with stakeholders; change management skills (managing and communicating change).
• Ability to create clear and coherent instructional materials.
• Strong attention to detail for reviewing and editing training materials.

Responsibilities

• Coach and provide guidance to lower-level professionals within the team, aiding in their professional development.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to address complex instructional design challenges and contribute to the improvement of learning processes.

Position Summary

The Instructional Designer is responsible for working independently, with limited supervision, to design, develop, and deliver high-quality instructional materials and training programs that align with our company objectives. Requires a higher level of creativity, problem-solving skills, and expertise in instructional design principles.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years related experience.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications Preferred

• Experience – Minimum 2 years’ experience in training or facilitation role within the indirect auto finance market, banking/finance company/auto industry.
• Education – Advanced training or certifications in human resources, talent development, or related fields.
• Travel 10-20% - as required.
• Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Houston, TX; Auburn Hills, MI
