Hello,

My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm currently seeking an Instructional Designer for a prominent client. This position is 100% Remote. Details are as follows:

Contract role of 10 months, with possible extensions. Pay range is $55-60/hr.

Job Description:

1. Create engaging learning experiences that drive learner engagement and improve operational effectiveness.
2. Apply industry-standard instructional design theories, practices, and methods.
3. Use adult learning principles to ensure knowledge transfer.
4. Design and develop appropriate materials/media: Instructor-led training (ILT), On-the-job training (OJT), eLearning modules, audio clips, videos, animations, simulations, role plays, gamification, and other educational materials to enhance learning experiences.
5. Collaborate on criteria used to judge learner performance and develop assessment instruments.
6. Support content translation as needed.
7. Work with team members, subject matter experts, and reviewers to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work in accordance with stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications:

1. BS/BA degree required.
2. Experience with instructional design techniques and adult learning principles.
3. Experience developing learning programs for pharmaceutical, biologic, or medical device companies.
4. Proficiency with instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, RISE, Storyline).
5. Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to storyboard learning programs.
6. Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., GxP).
